  1. zipbrand.cmd v1.0 - OS/2 Rexx routine for BBS sysops.  Automates the
  2. branding of archive files with bbs specific comments.  Will also
  3. change the archive date to the newest date within the archive.
  4. Works with .zip files only.  Requires zip.exe 2.0.1 dated 9-18-93.

  6. INSTALLATION:

  8. 1) Make sure you are using zip.exe 2.0.1 for OS/2 dated on or after 9-18-93.
  9.    The help/heading looks like this:

  11.      "Copyright (C) 1990-1993 Mark Adler, Richard B. Wales, Jean-loup Gailly
  12.       and Kai Uwe Rommel. Type 'zip -L' for the software License.
  13.       Zip 2.0.1 (Sept 18th 1993). Usage:"

  15.    You may download zip.exe 2.0.1 for OS/2 from Engage! BBS (see below) as:
  16.      zip201c1.zip (16bit).
  17.      zip201c2.zip (32bit).

  20. 2) Copy zipbrand.cmd to a directory in your path.
  21.  
  22. 3) Copy zipbrand.cmt to a directory you can remember.

  25. 4) Type zipbrand /? for syntax of command.
