  1. REXX/imc does not need to know the current date or time except for the
  2. DATE and TIME functions and the QUERY DATETIME and QUERY TIMESTAMP stream
  3. commands.  These have been tested for year 2000 compatibility and therefore
  4. it is not expected that REXX/imc >= 1.7 will experience any problems after
  5. year 2000 begins.  As things currently stand, there will be a problem in
  6. the year 2038 when the Unix date, stored as a 31-bit integer, rolls over
  7. to a negative number.

  9. As always though, the program is supplied on an as-is basis and comes with
  10. no warranty, either before or after the year 2000.
