  9.      THE PERSON USING THE SOFTWARE BEARS ALL RISK AS TO THE QUALITY
  10.                     AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE.

  12.      Global Automation Co. Disclaims all warranties relating to this
  13.      software, whether express or implied, including but not limited
  14.      to any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
  15.      particular purpose, and all such warranties are expressly and
  16.      specifically disclaimed.

  18.      Neither Global Automation Co. nor anyone else who has been
  19.      involved in the creation, production, or delivery of this soft-
  20.      ware shall be liable for any indirect, consequential, or inci-
  21.      dental damages arising out of the use or inability to use such
  22.      software even if Global Automation Co. has been advised of the
  23.      possibility of such damages or claims.

  25.      In no event shall Global Automation Co.'s liability for any
  26.      damages ever exceed the price paid for the license to use the
  27.      software, regardless of the form of claim.
