  11.                TRIAL USE (SHAREWARE EVALUATION VERSION) WARRANTY:

  13.        The Shareware evaluation (trial use) version is provided AS IS.
  14.        The ADD Consulting (CH) MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR
  15.        IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF
  16.        MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  19.                        REGISTERED VERSION ONLY WARRANTY:

  21.        ADD Consulting (CH) warrants the physical diskette(s) provided
  22.        with registered versions to be free of defects in materials and
  23.        workmanship for a period of sixty days from the date of
  24.        registration. If ADD Consulting (CH) receives notification
  25.        within the warranty period of defects in materials or
  26.        workmanship, and such notification is determined to be correct, 
  27.        ADD Consulting (CH) will replace the defective diskette(s).

  29.        The entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of this
  30.        Limited Warranty shall be limited to replacement of defective
  31.        diskette(s) and shall not include or extend to any claim for or
  32.        right to recover any other damages, including but not limited to,
  33.        loss of profit, data, or use of the software, or special,
  34.        incidental, or consequential damages or other similar claims,
  35.        even if ADD Consulting (CH) has been specifically advised of
  36.        the possibility of such damages. In no event will ADD Consulting 
  37.        (CH)'s liability for any damages to you or any other person
  38.        ever exceed the lower of suggested list price or actual price
  39.        paid for the license to use the software, regardless of any form
  40.        of the claim.

  42.        ADD Consulting (CH) SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,
