  1. The Future of RexxNews

  3. Some features that should be added soon to RexxNews include:
  4.  
  5. o      Automatic reconnection to the newsserver in case of timeout.
  6.  
  7. o      Posting news -- the ability to post and followup articles
  8.  
  9. o      Subscribed/Unsubscribed groups -- this will be implemented with
  10.           NEXTGROUP/LASTGROUP commands that will move between groups in
  11.           the order they appear in the newsrc file.
  12.  
  13. o      Multiple NEWSRC files -- enabling RexxNews to be easily used
  14.           with several NNTP servers for those who need this ability.
  15.  
  16. o      ROT13 decryption -- A 'simple' encryption used in several 
  17.           newsgroups to hide potentially offensive material.
  18.  
  19. o      Optional use of Visual REXX for listing and choosing articles.
  20.
