  8.        IF YOU DOWNLOAD OR USE THIS PROGRAM YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.            
  9.                                                                                 
  10.        American Coders LTD of Raleigh N. Carolina  grants you a license
  11.        to use RC-DO-C only in the country where you acquired it.         
  12.        RC-DO-C is copyrighted and licensed (not sold). We do not                
  13.        transfer title to the RC-DO-C to you. You obtain no rights other         
  14.        than those granted you under this license.                               
  15.                                                                                 
  16.        Under this license, you may:                                             
  17.                                                                                 
  18.        1. use RC-DO-C on one or more machines at a time;                    
  19.        2. make copies of RC-DO-C for use or backup purposes within          
  20.           your Enterprise;                                                      
  21.        3. modify RC-DO-C; and             
  22.        4. make copies of the original file you downloaded and distribute        
  23.           it, provided that you transfer a copy of this license to the          
  24.           other party. The other party agrees to these terms by its             
  25.           first use of RC-DO-C.                                             
  26.                                                                                 
  27.        You must reproduce the copyright notice and any other legend of          
  28.        ownership on each copy or partial copy, of RC-DO-C.                  
  29.                                                                                 
  30.        You may NOT:                                                             
  31.                                                                                 
  32.        1. sublicense, rent, lease, or assign RC-DO-C;                    
  33.        2. reverse assemble, reverse compile, or otherwise translate          
  34.           RC-DO-C; and
  35.        3. merge it into another program.
  36.                                                                                 
  37.        We do not warrant that RC-DO-C is free from claims by a third        
  38.        party of copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or any other        
  39.        intellectual property infringement.                                      
  40.                                                                                 
  41.        Under no circumstances are we liable for any of the following:           
  42.                                                                                 
  43.        1. third-party claims against you for losses or damages;                 
  44.        2. loss of, or damage to, your records or data; or                       
  45.        3. economic consequential damages (including lost profits or             
  46.           savings) or incidental damages, even if we are informed of            
  47.           their possibility.

  49.        Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations or exclusions,         
  50.        so they may not apply to you.                                            
  51.                                                                                 
  52.        We do not warrant uninterrupted or error free operation of           
  53.        RC-DO-C. We have no obligation to provide service, defect                
  54.        correction, or any maintenance for RC-DO-C. We have no               
  55.        obligation to supply any updates or enhancements to you          
  56.        even if such are or later become available.

  75.        You may not sell, transfer, assign, or subcontract any of your           
  76.        rights or obligations under this license. Any attempt to do so is        
  77.        void.

  79.        Neither of us may bring a legal action more than two years after         
  80.        the cause of action arose.
