OS/2 WARP 5.25" Full Pack A: Drive README
CD-ROM Version:
Use LOADDSKF to create diskette images
Available as either LOADDF.ZIP (unzip to get it) or LDF.COM on BBS's
Enter LOADDSKF to see the command syntax to create diskettes.
It is also on the CD itself.
Label the 5FCD00.DSK diskette as WARP CD 525 Install Diskette
Label the 5DCD01.DSK diskette as WARP CD 525 Diskette 1
Put the WARP CD 525 Install Diskette in drive A:
Shutdown or reboot the system
When prompted, remove the WARP CD 525 Install Diskette from drive A:
Insert the WARP CD 525 Diskette 1 in Drive A:
Insert the CD-ROM when prompted.
Follow the prompts to install WARP
Select Easy or Advanced Installation.
NOTE: If using Advanced Install, do NOT choose to format HPFS.
If you require installing to an HPFS drive:
1. Create the diskette images from the WARP CD-ROM
2. Download (diskette version)
3. Follow the steps for the Diskette Version of the 5.25" Installation.
Diskette Version:
Use LOADDSKF to create disk images

Label the 5FDS00.DSK diskette as WARP 525 Install Diskette
Label the 5FDS01.DSK diskette as WARP 525 Diskette 1
Put the WARP 525 Install Diskette in drive A:
Shutdown or reboot the system
When prompted, remove the WARP CD 525 Install Diskette from drive A:
Insert the WARP 525 Diskette 1 in Drive A:
Insert the WARP 3.5" Diskette 1 that came in the box of OS/2 in Drive B:
Press Enter to start the installation of WARP
You will be prompted to insert WARP diskettes in Drive B:
Leave the WARP 525 Diskette 1 in Drive A: until you are prompted to
remove all diskettes to restart the system.
