  12.                     OS/2 GAINS FINANCIAL PROGRAM

  15.      Glendale, California -- The Software Development Group announced the availability of a
  16. personal financial software package made specifically for IBM's OS/2 operating system.
  17.  
  18.      MoneyWiz for OS/2 version 1.0, while immediately available, will have its' official
  19. introduction at the Computer Expo '95 held at the Los Angeles Convention Center April 22-23 1995.

  21.      "Most of our users have been using DOS or Windows versions of financial software
  22. programs." explained TSDG's Director Rick Byrnes. "These programs are not able to take full
  23. advantage of OS/2's 32-bit operating environment. MoneyWiz is a 32-bit application with processing
  24. capabilities that the DOS and Windows versions do not have." MoneyWiz is a multi-threaded
  25. application allowing the program to run several processes at the same time.

  27.      MoneyWiz will run on any OS/2 machine with a minimum of 6 megabytes of RAM, and at
  28. least 3 megabytes of free hard disk space.

  30.      MoneyWiz for OS/2 has a suggested retail price of $79.95 with an introductory price of
  31. $59.95 if purchased before June 30, 1995.
