  11.           START-UP SOFTWARE COMPANY ANSWERS IBM'S CALL

  14.      Glendale, California--The Software Development Group (also referred to as TSDG), a
  15. start-up software publishing company, today announced products made specifically for IBM's
  16. personal computer operating system OS/2. This in contrast to most software companies emphasizing
  17. development of products for Microsoft's upcoming Windows 95 product.

  19.      TSDG Director Rick Byrnes stated that two products, MoneyWiz for OS/2 and Computer
  20. Nerdettes, would be formally introduced at TSDG's booths during Computer Expo '95 at the Los
  21. Angeles Convention Center, April 22nd and 23rd 1995.

  23.      MoneyWiz for OS/2 is a 32-bit personal finance management product while Computer
  24. Nerdettes is a novelty entertainment product. Both products are targeted for the Home Consumer
  25. market and are available now, directly from TSDG.

  27.      "We see OS/2 as a wonderful opportunity for some high quality products." stated TSDG
  28. Director Rick Byrnes. "OS/2 allows us to develop software with features and capabilities that are just
  29. not currently possible in other competing operating systems. We expect to emphasize all our products
  30. for OS/2."
