  7. At Your Fingertips Informational Systems, Inc. is currently
  8. accepting applications for beta site testers for its new product -
  9. Credit Express/2.  What we are looking for are businesses
  10. that are currently honoring credit cards to run the software, in its
  11. beta version, free of charge for one month.  The chosen businesses
  12. must currently be running OS/2 2.1 or WARP.  We require that you
  13. validate all of your credit card transacations utilizing the
  14. software for a one month period.  Any problems (bugs) that are found
  15. must be immediately reported, within twenty-four (24) hours to At
  16. Your Fingerstips Information Systems, Inc.  We also appreciate any
  17. suggestions, ideas and/or comments about the software as you are
  18. testing it for us.  As payment for your time and effort we will give
  19. you a copy of Credit Express/2 free of charge after it is released
  20. to the general public.  Approximately thirty days after all testing
  21. is completed.  Be aware that a beta site must test the software
  22. thoroughly, so we are looking for businesses who could really give
  23. the software a thorough workout.

  25. Credit Express enables the small business owner to validate and
  26. process credit cards and checks using their personal computer and a
  27. modem.  Automating the validation process saves business owners the
  28. cost of renting credit validation equipment from their financial
  29. institution.  In addition, Credit Express/2 supplies transaction
  30. journal files online, allowing credit information to be easily
  31. imported into other applications.

  33. Credit Express supports Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners
  34. Club/Carte Blanche, Discover, enRoute, JCB, and Check Approval.

  36. Credit Cards are pre-validated using an international standard
  37. self-checking scheme.

  39. Credit Express has undergone stringent certification test procedures
  40. and qualifies for CPS/94 and American Express Split Dial Support.

  42. Credit Express performs the basic Credit Card functions of Real Time
  43. Validation, Partial Reversals, Incremental Authorization, and Daily
  44. Balancing.

  46. In addition to the basic functions, Credit Express supports the
  47. following extended features.

  51.   ■ Separate charge types for Lodging, Restaurant or Gift shop
  52.     purchases.
  53.   ■ Extra charges, such as MiniBar, Telephone, Laundry, and other
  54.     incidental purchases.

  57.   ■ Enables you to record rental agreement number, rental/return
  58.     city/state, rental/return date/time, renter's name, and audit
  59.     adjustments.

  63.     product code, total amount, unit price, service type, sales tax, and
  64.     reference number (job code).
