The object of "AS/400 Magazine" is to discuss current topics encountered
by users of AS/400 solutions. The program is in a news magazine format
and will be divided into three fast paced segments for easy viewing.
AGENDA: Topic 1: Profile on Flagstaff Police Department and its use
of the AS/400 in providing emergency services. The story des-
cribes how the AS/400 helps put "bad guys in jail", has high
availability and reliability, is easy to use, does not require
technical expertise to run, connects to other products and

Topic 2: "Point/Counterpoint" focuses on the issue of open-
ness. A three-person roundtable discusses concerns regularly
raised by customers, and offers solutions on the AS/400's
"openness". (15 minutes)
Topic 3: "Q&A" covers some of the most frequently asked ques-
tions received at the Rochester Executive Briefing Center. In
this segment, Glenn Van Benschoten of the Rochester Lab covers
planned and unplanned outages, AS/400 tape strategy and UNIX --
