  1. In December, IBM made available, at no charge to licensees of the 
  2. Microsoft OS/2 2.0 SDK, pre-release code and documentation for a set of 
  3. tools similar to those in the SDK.  We have been shipping pre-release 
  4. code and documentation for OS/2 2.0 (6.167F lev el), the Developer's 
  5. Toolkit for OS/2 2.0, Workframe/2 and C Set/2.  We have also included 
  6. pre-release versions of the IBM Mirrors/Oasis migration kit, the IBM 
  7. OS/2 Lan Requester, and the Novell Netware Requester.  This pre-release 
  8. code is available on ei ther 3 1/2" or 5 1/4" diskettes.

  10. OS/2 2.0 with these tools is now available at pre-release level 6.177 
  11. SDK licensees who received the 6.167 package will soon get a diskette 
  12. only refresh package of the 6.177 code; the books have not changed.  SDK 
  13. licensees who join this program now will r eceive the full package with 
  14. the 6.177 code.

  16. Licensees of the Microsoft OS/2 2.0 SDK can participate in this program 
  17. by sending an original system installation diskette from the latest 
  18. Microsoft OS/2 SDK along with their company name, contact name, address 
  19. and phone number to the IBM Expedite Distri bution Center, PO Box 
  20. 140435, Austin, TX 78714-9871.  This program is available until March 
  21. 31, 1992.

  23. SDK licensees from outside the USA should send their diskette to Austin, 
  24. TX; the pre-release code will be delivered to the name and address they 
  25. specify.
