  3. dSOFT Development is seeking beta testers.  The new product is called
  4. "dbfLIB Programmer's Library".    As you might have guessed from its name it
  5. is a library of routines for accessing/creating/managing dBASE files.

  7. The dbfLIB API is 100% compatible across DOS, Windows, and OS/2; allowing
  8. you to create C programs in these environments without changing your data
  9. base management routines.  The API calls are similar in name to the normal
  10. dBASE/xBASE file management functions.    It is an ideal library for using in
  11. Windows and OS/2 programs.
