  6.     Pacific Palisades, CA.....Three D Graphics is making
  7. available presentation-quality 3D and 2D graph and charting engines
  8. for bundling under Windows 3.0, OS/2 Presentation Manager and
  9. Macintosh. Code is written in the form of a number of engines that
  10. can be grouped together to meet practically any need in a quick,
  11. efficient and easy-to-accomplish manner.

  13.     "Virtually no application will fail to benefit from an
  14. appropriately configured graphics kernel," notes Elmer Easton,
  15. president of Three D Graphics.  "Users are demanding presentaion
  16. quality.  It is much more cost-efficient to license the technology
  17. from a specialist, than to develop it in-house."

  19.     The engines are complete and available now, written in
  20. transportable C which interface via fully-documented function calls.

  25. rotation, axis resize and zoom in and out

  32.     - Two-dimensional Hi-Lo, Histogram, Countour and Scatter

  37.     - Multi-faceted curve fit, log and semi-log, dual-Y and
  38. bipolar

  40.     - Annotation -- full primitives, grouping, hot-link and
  41. alignment

  45.     - Slide Show with slide arrange, multiple effects and speaker

  48.     All of the engines have standard interfaces and a rich
  49. collection of common utilities that make working with them a
  50. pleasure.

  55.     Among the applications that will benefit from these engines
  56. are: database managers; spreadsheets; accounting systems; business
  57. planning systems; word processors; desktop publishers; as well as
  58. programs dealing with engineering and statistical analysis, job
  59. performance, time and schedule management, insurance and actuarial
  60. plans.
