  15. For a limited time only, you can receive an upgrade from
  16. Communications Server for OS/2(R) Warp Version 4.0 to Communications
  17. Server for OS/2 Warp Version 4.1 for a nominal transaction charge of
  18. $19.95 if you:

  20. o  Acquired Communications Server for OS/2 Warp Version 4.0 on or
  21.    after March 12, 1996, but before October 29, 1996,
  22.  
  23.    or
  24.  
  25. o  Purchase a new license of Communications Server for OS/2 Warp
  26.    Version 4.0 on or after October 29, 1996, but no later than
  27.    March 31, 1997.

  29. This promotion is available only in the United States and Puerto
  30. Rico.

  33. customer, you can participate.  If you are a federal government

  36. IBM reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any
  37. time.

  39. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  41. To participate, you must submit your proof of purchase for the
  42. Communications Server for OS/2 Warp Version 4.0, the completed
  43. certification form for the no-charge Communications Server for OS/2
  44. Warp Version 4.1 upgrade(s), and the transaction charge to the IBM
  45. Fulfillment Center on or before April 30, 1997.

  47. Certification forms for the no-charge upgrades and complete
  48. instructions including the address, fax, and phone number of the
  49. fulfillment center are available by contacting IBM at 800-IBM-4FAX
  50. (426-4329) and requesting form number 6457.

  52. Requests for the no-charge upgrades will be taken immediately.
  53. Please allow up to four weeks to fulfill the order.  Payment of the
  54. transaction charges must be paid by credit card only.
  55.  
  56. Follow normal ordering procedures for the qualifying Communications
  57. Server for OS/2 Warp V4.0 product.
