  26.                  For a limited time only, you can receive a cash rebate when
  27.           you acquire the IBM Internet Connection Secure Server for OS/2 (R)
  28.           Warp or AIX (R).  The rebate is available to customers who acquire
  29.           the security upgrade package for either of these IBM software
  30.           products.  A rebate coupon will be included with the base product.
  31.                  The IBM Internet Connection Secure Server for OS/2 Warp or AIX
  32.           Upgrade must be acquired on or before March 29, 1996.
  33.                  Rebate requests must be received by the IBM Promotion Support
  34.           Center on or before April 15, 1996.
  35.                  If you are a commercial, state or local government or
  36.           education customer, you can participate.  If you are a federal

  50.           To take advantage of this rebate, the coupon along with a sales
  51.           receipt/invoice or bill-of-sale for the IBM Internet Secure Server
  52.           Upgrade product must be returned to the IBM Promotion Support Center
  53.           at 11149 Research Boulevard, Suite 400, Austin, TX 78759.
  54.                  Rebate coupons must be received on or before April 15, 1996.
  55.           The rebate amount cannot be deducted from the invoice total.  Please
  56.           allow 6-8 weeks for receipt of the rebate check.
