  24.                  For a limited time only, you can acquire IBM Time and Place/2
  25.           (TM) Version 2 and receive a no-charge upgrade to IBM WorkGroup
  26.           Version 1.  If you already have IBM Time and Place/2 Version 2
  27.           installed as of March 28, 1995, you are also eligible for a no-charge
  28.           upgrade to IBM WorkGroup Version 1.
  29.                  Your order for IBM Time and Place/2 must be placed on or
  30.           before May  26, 1995.  The Date of Installation, as defined in the
  31.           IBM Customer Agreement, must occur on or after March 28, 1995, but no
  32.           later than June 30, 1995.  Orders for the no-charge upgrade to IBM
  33.           WorkGroup Version 1 must occur on or before September 29, 1995.
  34.                  Upgrades can be obtained by calling IBM at 800-IBM-3333,
  35.           extension GM300.  The IBM WorkGroup Version 1 upgrade will begin
  36.           shipping on May 26, 1995.  See Software Announcement 295-141, dated
  37.           March 28, 1995.
  38.                  You can participate if you are a commercial, state or local
  39.           government or education customer.  If you are a federal government
  40.           customer, call 800-333-6705 or 301-564-7970 to determine eligibility.
  41.                  IBM reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at
  42.           any time.

  66.           IBM WorkGroup Version 1 upgrade from IBM Time and Place/2 Version 2
  67.           will be fulfilled by the IBM Information Support Center in Tucson.
  68.           o   To receive the upgrade, you should call IBM at 800-IBM-3333,
  69.               extension GM300.
  70.           o   An information sheet will be faxed to you.  This sheet has all
  71.               the information you need to get the no-charge upgrade.  The
  72.               information sheet should be completed in full and signed.
  73.           o   You should then fax the completed and signed information sheet to
  74.               520-629-3210 (IBM Information Support Center in Tucson) along
  75.               with a copy of the first page of the INTRODUCING TIME AND PLACE/2
  76.               manual as proof of acquisition.
  77.           o   IBM Information Support Center will fulfill the order with:
  78.               -   IBM WorkGroup Version 1 (28H1860)
  79.               -   Certificates for IBM WorkGroup Version 1 equal to the number
  80.                   of IBM Time and Place/2 Version 2 licenses acquired
  81.           o   Upgrade orders can be placed immediately and will be fulfilled
  82.               when IBM WorkGroup Version 1 is generally available.
  83.                  You cannot combine this promotion with any other discount or
  84.           allowance.  If you have a volume or special bid commitment, you can
  85.           take advantage of this promotion or your volume/special bid discount.
  86.           Products acquired under this promotion, however, will count toward
  87.           your commitment.
