  13. ABSTRACT         For a limited time only, current users of OS/2 (R) for Windows 
  14.           (Version 2.1 or earlier) can acquire OS/2 Warp Version 3 and receive  
  15.           a $25 rebate.                                                         
  16.                  OS/2 Warp Version 3 must be acquired on or after               
  17.           November 4, 1994, but no later than December 31, 1994 by calling IBM  
  18.           Direct at 800-3IBM-OS2 (342-6672).                                    
  19.                  Rebate coupons and supporting documentation must be received   
  20.           by IBM on or before June 30, 1995.                                    
  21.                  Commercial, state, and local government and education          
  22.           customers can participate.  Federal government customers should call  
  23.           800-333-6705 or 301-564-7970 to determine eligibility.                
  24.                  This promotion cannot be combined with any other discount or   
  25.           allowance.  This coupon may not be combined with any other IBM coupon 
  26.           offerings.  VALU customers are eligible to utilize this promotion in  
  27.           addition to their normal VALU agreement. Products acquired under this 
  28.           promotion will count toward their VALU commitment.
