  12. TITLE     IBM IMAGEPLUS/2 UPGRADE PROMOTION                                     
  13. ABSTRACT         For a limited time only, customers with IBM ImagePlus (R)/2    
  14.           installed can acquire IBM ImagePlus VisualInfo (TM) Library Server    
  15.           for OS/2 (R) and VisualInfo Object Server for OS/2 for a one-time     
  16.           charge (OTC) of $1,500 each.                                          
  17.                  The Date of Installation, as defined in the IBM Customer       
  18.           Agreement, for IBM ImagePlus/2 must have occurred on or before        
  19.           March 1, 1994.                                                        
  20.                  Customers who acquired IBM ImagePlus/2 with a Date of          
  21.           Installation occurring after March 1, 1994, but no later than         
  22.           September 30, 1994, can acquire IBM ImagePlus VisualInfo Library      
  23.           Server for OS/2 for an OTC of $5,530 under this promotion.            
  24.                  All orders under this promotion must be placed on or before    
  25.           March 30, 1995.  The Date of Installation for either server must      
  26.           occur on or after November 8, 1994, but no later than May 31, 1995.   
  27.                  Commercial, state and local government, and education          
  28.           customers are eligible to participate in this promotion. Federal      
  29.           government customers should call 800-333-6705 or 301-564-7970 to      
  30.           determine eligibility.

  42.           customer can start using the new product functions and migrate their  
  43.           current ImagePlus/2 applications to VisualInfo.                       
  44.                  The IBM ImagePlus VisualInfo set of client/server products     
  45.           offers extensive growth options for current ImagePlus/2 customers who 
  46.           want to expand beyond a single OS/2 LAN environment.                  
  47.                  All ImagePlus Version 1 customers of record will receive a     
  48.           copy of ImagePlus/2 Version 2 at no additional charge.
