  14.           (LNM) Version 1.1 or LAN Network Manager Entry Version 1.0 at the     
  15.           current one-time charge (OTC) and receive LAN Network Manager for     
  16.           OS/2 (R) Version 2.0, at no additional charge, when it becomes        
  17.           generally available.                                                  
  18.                  LNM Version 1.1 and LNM Entry Version 1.0 must be acquired on  
  19.           or after October 1, 1994, but no later than March 31, 1995.           
  20.                  If you are a commercial, state or local government or          
  21.           education customer, you can participate.  If you are a federal

  23.           eligibility.                                                          
  24.                  You can combine this promotion with any other discount or
