  3. TITLE      NETWORK DESIGN AND ANALYSIS/2 VERSION 1 MIGRATION OFFERING
  4.            MODIFICATION
  5. ABSTRACT          The Network Design and Analysis/2 Version 1 Migration
  6.            Offering, described in Marketing Announcement 393-113, dated
  7.            May 25, 1993, has been modified.  Effective immediately, the end date
  8.            of the migration offering has been extended until June 30, 1995.
  9.                   All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.  Following is
  10.            the original document, revised to reflect the above changes.
  11.                   Effective May 18, 1993, eligible customers who acquire Network
  12.            Design and Analysis/2 (NETDA/2) Version 1 (5622-009) on a monthly
  13.            license charge (MLC) basis can have the MLC waived for four
  14.            additional months (beyond the sixty-day test period).
  15.                   All customers with NETDA Version 2 for MVS (5685-045)
  16.            installed on an MLC basis are eligible for this offering.
  17.                   If a customer should cancel NETDA Version 2 for MVS license at
  18.            any time during the additional four-month period of NETDA/2
  19.            Version 1, MLC billing will begin immediately on NETDA/2 Version 1.
  20.            Customers will be billed the MLC of both products after the
  21.            four-month period has expired.
  22.                   Orders must be placed on or before June 30, 1995.  The Date of
  23.            Installation, as defined in the IBM Customer Agreement, must occur on
  24.            or after May 18, 1993, but no later than December 30, 1995.
  25.                   IBM reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offering at
  26.            any time.
