  4. ABSTRACT          For a limited time only, eligible customers can acquire IBM's
  5.            Person to Person (TM) desktop conferencing application for OS/2 (R)
  6.            and Windows at a special one-time charge.
  7.                   Orders must be placed on or before August 31, 1994.  The Date
  8.            of Installation, as defined in the IBM Customer Agreement, must occur
  9.            on or after May 24, 1994, but no later than October 14, 1994.
  10.                   Commercial, state and local government and education customers
  11.            are eligible to participate in this promotion. Federal government
  12.            customers should call 800-333-6705 or 301-564-7970 to determine
  13.            eligibility.
  14.                   Eligible customers can take advantage of this promotion by
  15.            ordering from the IBM representative, IBM Direct at 800-IBM-CALL or
  16.            by calling 800-342-6672.
  17.                   IBM reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at
  18.            any time.

  42.            eight participants, enabling them to share text, files, graphics,
  43.            images and application screens with remote clients and associates
  44.            over LAN's, ISDN and asynchronous connections.  This is an excellent
  45.            solution for making remote presentations, enhancing help desks,
  46.            providing distance learning and facilitating telecommuting.  Image
  47.            capture and video sharing are also supported with the addition of
  48.            IBM's ActionMedia II card.
