  4. ABSTRACT          For a limited time only, customers who have acquired Time and
  5.            Place/2 Version 1 can receive an upgrade to Time and Place/2
  6.            Version 2 at no charge.
  7.                   Orders for Version 2 must be placed on or before
  8.            September 30, 1994.  The Date of Installation, as defined in the IBM
  9.            Customer Agreement, must occur on or after March 22, 1994, but no
  10.            later than October 31, 1994.
  11.                   Commercial, state and local government and education customers
  12.            are eligible to participate in this promotion. Federal government
  13.            customers should call 800-333-6705 or 301-564-7970 to determine
  14.            eligibility.
  15.                   IBM reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at
  16.            any time.
