  7.                   Orders must be placed on or before August 31, 1994. The Date
  8.            of Installation, as defined in the IBM Customer Agreement, must occur
  9.            on or after March 1, 1994, but no later than November 14, 1994.

  11.            are eligible to participate in this promotion. Federal government

  13.            eligibility.
