  4. TITLE      BOOKMANAGER VALUE PACK AND VOLUME PACK PROMOTION

  6. ABSTRACT          For a limited time only, customers can receive a 50% discount
  7.            on the one-time charge (OTC) and additional license charge of
  8.            programs included in eligible BookManager (R) workstation solution
  9.            Value Pack and Volume Pack configurations.
  10.                   Orders must be placed by calling 800-IBM-CALL, Department 160,
  11.            on or before April 15, 1994.  The Date of Installation, as defined in
  12.            the IBM Customer Agreement, must occur on or after December 14, 1993,
  13.            but no later than June 24, 1994.
  14.                   Commercial, state and local government, and education
  15.            customers are eligible to participate in this promotion.  Federal
  16.            government customers should call 800-333-6705 or 301-564-7970 to
  17.            determine their eligibility.
  18.                   This promotion cannot be combined with any other discount or
  19.            allowance.  Customers with a volume or special bid commitment can
  20.            take advantage of this promotion or their volume/special bid
  21.            discount.  Products acquired under this promotion, however, will
  22.            count toward their commitment.
  23.                   IBM reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at
  24.            any time.
