  4. ABSTRACT          User Packs, a 10-user package and a 50-user package, are now
  5.            available for the Time and Place/2 Workgroup scheduling product.
  6.            These packages are intended to give you an easy method to purchase
  7.            additional client licenses (distributed features).
  8.                   Each additional user pack contains no media, only a license to
  9.            replicate the client distributed feature on 10 or 50 workstations.
  10.            The base Time and Place/2 licensed program (79G9867) is required to
  11.            obtain the initial client license.
  12.                   Refer to Software Announcement 294-141, dated March 22, 1994,
  13.            for additional information.

  35.                   Orders for new licenses will be accepted immediately.
  36.                   Shipment of orders will begin on June 10, 1994.  To order
  37.            programs in this announcement for order type, specify the order type
  38.            number, feature number, part number, program name, and quantity.
  39.                   The base Time and Place/2 program, part number 79G9867 (refer
  40.            to Software Announcement 294-141, dated March 22, 1994), is required
  41.            prior to ordering one of the following user packages.

  49.                   ADDITIONAL LICENSE COPIES -- authorization for the customer
  50.            who has a program package to make a single copy of the program
  51.            diskette and documentation.  There are two ways to receive
  52.            authorization to copy.  Receipt of the invoice authorizes the
  53.            customer to make the Additional License Copy (the IBM Customer
  54.            Agreement (ICA) must be in effect).  The customer also has the option
  55.            of ordering a Proof of Additional License certificate (the ICA is not
  56.            required).
  57.                   DISTRIBUTED FEATURE COPIES -- authorization for the customer
  58.            who has a program package to make a single copy of the portion of the
  59.            program identified as the distributed feature and the printed
  60.            documentation.  There are two ways to receive authorization to copy.
  61.            Receipt of the invoice authorizes the customer to make the
  62.            distributed feature copy.  The ICA must be in effect.  The customer
  63.            also has the option of ordering a Proof of License for Distributed
  64.            Feature certificate, in which case, the ICA is not required.
  65.            IBM EDUCATION FULFILLMENT CENTER:  The announced program is eligible
  66.            to be ordered through the IBM Education Fulfillment Center.
  67.            Availability through the IBM Education Fulfillment Center may not
  68.            coincide with the programming availability dates noted in other
  69.            sections of this document.
  70.                   The IBM Education Fulfillment Center is the order processing
  71.            location for selected personal computers and related
  72.            hardware/software for eligible education end users.
  73.                   The terms and conditions for IBM Time and Place/2 previously
  74.            announced in Software Announcement 294-141, dated March 22, 1994,
  75.            are unchanged.

  84.            charge for additional licenses may copy machine-readable program
  85.            materials and printed documentation previously acquired from IBM in a
  86.            program package.  One copy may be made for each additional license
  87.            ordered.
  88.                   DISTRIBUTED FEATURE CHARGE -- customers who pay a one-time
  89.            charge for distributed features may copy machine-readable program
  90.            materials and printed documentation identified as a distributed
  91.            feature in a previously acquired program package.  One copy may be
  92.            made for each distributed feature ordered.
