  7. TITLE      WITHDRAWAL:  IBM DEVELOPER'S MIGRATION KIT/2 PROGRAM
  8. ABSTRACT          Effective July 7, 1993, IBM will withdraw from marketing the
  9.            following program licensed under the IBM Program License Agreement.
  10.                   After July 7, 1993, customers will no longer be able to obtain
  11.            this program directly from IBM.  However, this program may be
  12.            obtained on an as-available basis through IBM Authorized Remarketers.

  27.            Kit/2 Proof of License and will receive Micrografx Mirrors, shipped
  28.            at no-charge.
  29.            TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR THE DEVELOPER'S MIGRATION KIT/2:  Program
  30.            services for the Developer's Migration Kit/2 will be available from
  31.            IBM until July 28, 1994, for licensees choosing not to upgrade to
  32.            Micrografx Mirrors.  A CompuServe (2) forum (OS2DF1) is also
  33.            available for technical questions on the Developer's Migration Kit/2
  34.            and Micrografx Mirrors.
  35.            TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR MICROGRAFX MIRRORS:  Micrografx will provide
  36.            six months of free technical support for Micrografx Mirrors.
