This seems like a good point to ask whether PMMail supports the
sigdash, I want to add some more programs to a page that list various
programs that exclude the sig when quoting and/or automatically appends
the sigdash when including the sig in outgoing messages.
<http://www.math.fu-berlin.de/~guckes/afw/#sigsupport>
There aren't many OS/2 programs listed, I'd like to add another...

From: bskzgk@hotmail.com
Hey,
Take a sec to look at this site - http://www.KnowToday.com
This site has a novel concept of putting Internet users together in an
information exchange. This will never replace newsgroups, but it does offer a
new way for all of us with knowledge to share an opportunity to earn money for
it ! From what I can tell it's the newest form of auction - knowledge auction.
They have a pre-registration site up at the moment and are offering an
incentive plan where you get paid for successful referrals (so use my number
if this is of interest to you AAA969). Membership is totally free right now
and those of us that hop on the bandwagon early can benefit by being the first
people on.
You can go on their site and ask detailed questions or make money by answering
questions. They are designing the site with many different categories, so
almost anyone will be able to ask and answer questions.
It only takes a minute to join, so check it out at http://www.knowtoday.com/,
they explain everything on the web site. It's totally free !

Hi Trevor !
Here are some other proposals for an upcoming new PMMail release:
- the search facility seems to have problems with 8 bit chars ... I can't
look for German umlauts in messages
- when forwarding mails, it should be able to only include selected text
as quotation ... like we have for "reply"
Regards

Subj: Major Update of MR/2 ICE Coming!
From: Nick Knight <nick@secant.com>
Major Update of MR/2 ICE Coming!
Knightware, Inc. is delighted to announce the upcoming release of a major
update to its award-winning Internet E-mail package. Version 2.0 of the
popular OS/2 shareware MR/2 ICE will shortly be available for general
release with a number of major enhancements.
For more info on MR/2 ICE, please see http://nick.secant.com/mr2ice.htm.
This page offers a FAQ, sample screen shots, converters, a Utilties
section and a wealth of other information.
Among the enhancements offered over the prior 1.x versions are
significant performance enhancements for large E-mail folders, major
additions to the long list of configuration options, and a host of
additional features requested by MR/2 ICE users. These include
sizeable/configurable columns, aged trash, regex as an option for filter
criteria and some overall performance improvements. Version 2.0 is also
fully Y2K compliant.
Version 2.0 will be registerable by first-time users at a cost of $40 US.
Existing, registered v1.x users can upgrade for $20 US using the
"upreg.doc" file included with the distribution zip file. Site license
upgrades will be available.
Note that v1.x keys will not be recognized by a v2.0 install.
Initially released almost 4 years ago, MR/2 ICE has been the E-mail choice
of many OS/2 users, and has undergone continuous improvement and
enhancement.
Nick

Just say when and where to send the check.
Online registration preferred, if possible.
