  3. This program will process the USBBSnnn.LST.
  4. Current copys are available monthly, on the first of each
  5. month, from various places via Internet, and on BBS's.
  6. You may try 'oak'oakland'edu', in pub\msdos\bbslist.
  7.  
  8. This list contains phone numbers and information regarding
  9. BBS systems around the US. See the USBBSnnn.ZIP archive for
  10. more information.

  12. The program, USBBSOS2.EXE will run searches on the BBS list.
  13. You can search the list by Phone area code,area + prefix,
  14. full phone number, city, or state. Once you arrive at a full
  15. phone number, it will give you details on a particular BBS.

  17. Put the program USBBSOS2.EXE and the data file USBBSnnn.LST
  18. in a directory such as USBBS. With a new list, the program
  19. will have to do a conversion of the data the first time run.
  20. That is automatic, and you are informed what is being done.
  21. The program then will then create and use 2 additional files,
  22. USBBSnnn.D and USBBSnnn.T. To update to a new list, delete
  23. everything but USBBSOS2.exe and this INFO.TXT file. Copy the
  24. new USBBSnnn.LST to the directory. The program will create
  25. it's new files again.
