  1. XGNOTIFY is a small PM program to allow you to post notices of events to
  2. yourself.  Usage is extremely simple:
  3.  
  4.   XGNOTIFY.EXE "A note to myself."
  5.  
  6. Subsequent invocations of XGNOTIFY add the notes to the program's
  7. listbox; only one instance of XGNOTIFY remains running until the user
  8. dismisses it. I use this utility to tell me when the mailer receives
  9. mail addressed to me.

  11. XGAPP.CMD will be run by XGNOTIFY.EXE if you select the "App" button.
  12. Modify to taste.  The "Ack" button just dismisses XGNOTIFY.  You can use
  13. something like DELAY to set up a menu of applications to be selected
  14. from in XGAPP if you need to, or modify the source.

  16. Note that if this is being run from a VIO window, you should use START
  17. the first time you invoke XGNOTIFY.EXE or PM won't return the window to
  18. you.  You can _always_ use START and it won't hurt.
