  7. KYBDCTL is a bound OS/2 and DOS program that sets the state of the Numlock,
  8. Capslock, and Scroll lock.  It will only work for full screen sessions.  This
  9. Program works under OS/2 1.1 and above and should work under all DOS versions.
  10. Command line help is available by typing KYBDCTL.  If you wish to compile this
  11. program, specify to ignore the function KbdOpen for Bind.

  13. This was a simple little program that I wrote in my spare time so it isn't very
  14. fancy.
