  4. INFOBAR is not free.

  6. All licensees agree to read and understand the LEGAL NOTICES
  7. section of the HELP / HELP INDEX menu in the INFOBAR product.

  9. Non-registered users are granted a limited license to use INFOBAR
  10. on a single computer .

  12. Registration grants a user the right to use INFOBAR on
  13. a single computer for personal use.
  14.  
  15. Registration also grants an individual licensee the right to use
  16. the registered version of INFOBAR on a single workstation
  17. at their place of business.

  19. Corporations that register INFOBAR must obtain a separate license
  20. for each workstation, unless site license or enterprise license
  21. arrangements have been made.

  23. It is prohibited to modify INFOBAR in any way.

  25. It is prohibited to decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse
  26. engineer the program.

  28. All users are granted a limited license to copy the unregistered version of INFOBAR subject to the following limitations:

  30.      INFOBAR must be copied in unmodified form, complete
  31.      with the file containing license and ordering information.

  33.      The full INFOBAR documentation must be included with
  34.      the copy.

  36.      No fee, charge or other compensation may be accepted or
  37.      requested by any licensee, other than that required for
  38.      copying and shipment.

  40.      All other provisions of this license are adhered to.

  43. may post INFOBAR for downloading by their users only as long
  44. as the above conditions are met.
