  6. You may use and distribute the shareware version of InfoMiles and
  7. InfoLog as long as you observe the following conditions:

  9. InfoMiles and InfoLog shareware must be distributed with all files
  10. complete, intact, and unaltered (see the README.TXT file for a
  11. listing of files).

  13. No fee, charge, or other compensation may be requested or accepted
  14. beyond reasonable cost for duplication without express written
