  73. * Oh, what do you know... I was not the first one to do this kind of
  74.   program.  Warp Enhancer 0.25 has that feature also, but I tried it out and
  75.   here what comes out of it:
  76.      - You can only use MB3.
  77.      - Horizontal scrolling doesn't work.
  78.      - Has no sense of proportions.  Gets difficult to scroll large and
  79.        small ranges.
  80.      - Does not continue scrolling in the original window when the mouse
  81.        pointer isn't over it anymore.
