  3. (1) getline.c was ported to IBM Cset. Look for __IBMC__ for the
  4.     modifications.
  5.  
  6. (2) The keymapping was changed for the PC Keyboard under EMX and Cset
  7.     so that :
  8.  
  9.         HOME   sends a ctrl-a, beginning of line
  10.         END    sends a ctrl-e, end of line
  11.         INSERT sends a ctrl-o, toggles insert mode
  12.         DELETE sends a ctrl-d, delete character
