Change the default OS/2 PM control buttons, minimize button, maximize button, etc., to look like the control buttons used in Geoworks. This file contains .BMP bitmaps of the Geoworks controls. To use these bitmaps you will need the file CHG_CTLS.ZIP, "Changing Default OS/2 PM Controls", written 11-18-95 by Matt Schellhaas (email: c2mxsche@fre.fsu.umd.edu) Read the README.1st file included in CHG_CTLS.ZIP to learn how to use these bitmaps.
Mouse Pointers:
A Geoworks Mouse Pointer Set for OS/2 Warp. The .PTR files contained in this file will make your OS/2 Warp mouse pointer look like the pointer you are familiar with in Geoworks. Read the file POINTER.DOC to find out how to install the Geoworks Pointers.
Window Exit Button:
Included in this archive is the file NPSWPSCB.BMP. This bitmap is to be used with the file NPSWP181.ZIP, "NPS WPS Enhancer version 1.81", written by Shinji Takasugi (email:nps1970@ibm.net). It is a bitmap of the 'Single Click Close' Button found on the Zoomer and/or some Geoworks Desktops. Normally the Close Button is found in the upper left corner of the Geoworks window. Since the Close Button in NPSWP is in the upper right corner, I flipped the bitmap horizontally to point to the right.
System Exit Button:
The file CLOSE.ICO file can be use with any of the many WPS Shutdown programs. I use the Shutdown application written by Bruce E. Högman. Associate the CLOSE.ICO with the Shutdown application, place a shadow of the application on your Launch Pad or desktop. A single click on the icon will shutdown your system.
