  5.     Gibbon Double Click is a "shareware" package.  This means you are
  6.     allowed to try it out before you buy it.  It does not mean you can
  7.     use it forever, for free.  You are allowed to use the package for
  8.     evaluation purposes for 30 days.  After the trial period, the programs
  9.     will no longer run.

  25.     Purchases of one or two copies will earn the purchaser a 5% credit
  26.     toward future purchases.  For example, purchasing two copies of
  27.     Gibbon Double Click (2 @ $5.00 = $10.00) will earn the purchaser a
  28.     $0.50 credit.  This can either be used to offset the purchase of
  29.     another software package from Gibbon Computer Products, Inc. (GCP),
  30.     or it can be accumulated.  Any credit earned in this fashion can only
  31.     be used in the purchase of other GCP products.  This discount credit
  32.     program may be cancelled or modified at any time by Gibbon Computer
  33.     Products, Inc.  Gibbon Computer Products, Inc. will be the final
  34.     authority regarding accumulated or available discount credit.

  36.     PAYMENT TERMS

  38.     Payment may be made in the following ways:

  40.     2.  Check made out to Gibbon Computer Products, Inc. drawn on a U.S.
  41.         bank in U.S. funds

  45.     All prices in the above table, and all discounts are subject to change 
  46.     without notice.  Volume discounts apply only to separate orders.  They 
  47.     are not cumulative.
