  1. DYLTSWCH.EXE - A program to automate the switching to and from
  2. Daylight Saving Time.

  4. The program supplied in this archive is documented using the
  5. IBM Works word processor, supplied with the OS/2 Warp Bonus Pack.
  6. This is the file DYLTSWCH.LWP. A much cruder format is also
  7. supplied as DYLTSWCH.TXT, which, as its extension implies, is
  8. raw ASCII text.
  9.  
  10. Since this program is written in PL/I you will need the run-time
  11. DLL's for PL/I to be somewhere along your LIBPATH. Note that by
  12. starting your LIBPATH with a dot that the current directory will
  13. be searched first to resolve DLL references. These DLL's will be
  14. in a separate archive.
