  2. Purpose:

  4.    This utility fulfills a need to determine the required build
  5.    time for a programming project, or the time taken to compile
  6.    and link a source module.

  8.    The output may be redirected to a file for logging purposes.

  10.    Both the start and end date and time are displayed.

  17. Command-line usage: DELTIME  <options> <exename>
  18.  
  19.           exename = name of exe, com, bat, or cmd files
  20.                     (eg. make, nmake, etc.)
  21.  
  22. Non-verbose usage:  DELTIME  <options>

  24.    requires the file DELTIME.INI, where the first line would be
  25.    the <exename> file name.

  29.    -? or /help    = displays this help file
