  1. Hi,

  3. This utility enables the user to:
  4.      - Modify the color of many more PM objects than are otherwise available
  5.      - Test the customized colors by resetting running system values
  6.      - Restore running system values from the system INI file
  7.      - Change the system INI color values in order to make customization
  8.        permanent.
  9.  
  10. This program is specific to release 1.3 of OS2.  It may be used in other
  11. releases, but has not been tested in any release other than above.  This 
  12. program requires a mouse.

  14. Install the program in any directory that you wish.  You can install the 
  15. help file (syscolor.hlp) in the same directory as the program if you make
  16. that directory current before invoking the utility.  Otherwise, place the
  17. help file in a directory named by the HELP= statement in your config.sys.

  20. I wrote this utility under OS2 1.3 EE WR05015 level of both the operating
  21. system and the IBM programming tools and information kit.  I believe that it
  22. is safe for use in this environment, but
