  2.     This package contains Shredder, a program for secure file 
  3. erasure.  For an explanation of this program's capabilities, see 
  4. the file CATALOG.DOC. 
  5.  
  6.     This program requires OS/2,version 1.2 or higher.  In 
  7. addition, the file SHREDDER.HLP must be in the current directory 
  8. or in a directory specified in the DPATH environment variable. 
  9.  
  10.     To start the program, enter SHREDDER.  Press F1 at any time 
  11. for help with program features.  All the instructions for using 
  12. the program are available on line via this method.
