  12.     The command-line syntax checking was improved.
  13.     A friendly "usage" panel appears when a command-line error
  14.       is recognized.
  15.     The invoked program now inherits the environment of INVOKE.
  16.     Selecting INVOKE from the task list is no longer possible.  In
  17.       V1.00, doing this resulted in a confusing title bar.
  18.     At startup, INVOKE determines whether or not the program to
  19.       be invoked is an EXE file.  If it is, then it is invoked
  20.       directly.  In V1.00, all programs were invoked via the
  21.       default command processor.  It is faster to invoke EXE files
  22.       directly.
