  6.     BEFORE USING THE VIRTUAL PASCAL PRODUCT (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE
  7.     "SOFTWARE", YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
  8.     USING THE PROGRAM INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

  11.   Grant of licence

  13.     The Software is provided free of charge. Provided you accept the terms
  14.     of this agreement, vpascal.com will grant you the personal and non-
  15.     exclusive right to install and use the software.

  18.   Distribution of the original archive
  19.  
  20.     The software is distributed free of charge ("FreeWare").
  21.  
  22.     The unmodified original distribution archives may be distributed by any
  23.     means, including through magazine cover disks, electronic transfer etc.
  24.     No charge for this may be charged, except for a reasonable fee for
  25.     duplication/media, and a shipping charge, where applicable.
  26.  
  27.     When distributing the software, it must be done by distributing the original
  28.     distribution archive with all required files and documentation present. You
  29.     may not reverse engineer or decompile the software in any way.

  31.     The software is Copyright ⌐ 2000 by vpascal.com and Allan Mertner.

  34.   Distribution of a modified version

  36.     Distribution of a modified version of Virtual Pascal is prohibited, except
  37.     with the express written permission of the publisher.

  39.     If you wish to distribute a modified version, for example for embedding
  40.     all or parts of the Software in another software package, please contact
  41.     the publisher.

  44.   Warranty and Limitations

  46.     vpascal.com gives no warranty and makes no representation either
  47.     express or implied with respect to the Software or the
  48.     Documentation, their quality, performance, fitness for a particular
  49.     purpose or merchantability and in particular but without limitation
  50.     vpascal.com does not warrant that the Software will meet your
  51.     requirements or that the operation of the Software will be
  52.     uninterrupted or error free or that defects in the Software will be
  53.     corrected.  Accordingly the Software and Documentation are licensed
  54.     "as is" and you shall load and use the Software at your own risk.

  56.     In no event will vpascal.com be liable to you for any loss or damage
  57.     of any kind, whether direct or indirect, special incidental,
  58.     consequential or otherwise, including but not limited to loss of
  59.     profits, business interruption or loss of information or any other
  60.     consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the
  61.     Software or the Documentation or from errors or deficiencies in it
  62.     whether caused by negligence or otherwise except as expressly
  63.     provided herein and whether or not vpascal.com has been advised of
  64.     such loss or damage.

  68.     You may terminate your licence at any time.  vpascal.com may terminate
  69.     your licence if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of
  70.     this licence.

  75.     Company names, brand names and product names are trademarks or
  76.     registered trademarks of their respective holders.
