  18. Two Startup options can be utilisied with ZipStream Sync.

  20. The '/b' option will cause ZipStream Sync to run in batch mode, that is, it 
  21. will complete all outstanding compression operations and then terminate.

  23. The '/c' option will cause ZipStream Sync to run in continuous mode, that is, 
  24. it will stay active and keep background compression at high priority until 
  25. closed.
