o Select whether to use Init OS/2 also.
o Select destination directories for the files.
o Confirm the changes to your CONFIG.SYS
o Reboot your system
ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 2. Install ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
Use this pulldown to:
o Install files during Install
o Deinstall files during Deinstall
o Leave the program by Exit
ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 2.1. Install ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
Select this pulldown item to install the necessary files.
This installs the necessary file(s) and WPSAM is activated.
ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 2.2. Deinstall ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
Selecting this pulldown item will remove WPSAM completely from your system.
Because extensions to the WPS are not user removable we provide you with this
menu item.
In order to find all installed files and changed entries in CONFIG.SYS this
install program saves some data in OS2SYS.INI. They will be removed during
deinstall also. Don't remove them manually; automatic deinstall will not be
possible later then.
Anmerkung: Change to the root desktop when deinstalling !

ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 5. Options Dialog ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
Use this window to select:
o Install Drive
o Target Drive
o Installation of Init OS/2
InitOS2 could be installed together with WPSam. This program gives the
advantage to select a desktop during the boot phase of the computer already.
Because it is possible to protect every desktop by a password, this program can
be used as a access protection.
ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 5.1. Install Drive ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
Choose the drive where the install disk is inserted. This drive should have the
same format as your OS/2 install disk set.
If you want to install it from another disk, note:
o File OS2DRVR must be in the ROOT directory
o If you are prompted to insert an OS/2 install disk you are able to abort and
install using another install drive without being prompted for the driver
disk again.
ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 5.2. Target Drive ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
Choose the drive where to install the driver. This must be the same drive where
your OS/2 is installed.
Change Config changes the CONFIG.SYS on this drive later.
ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 5.3. Installation of InitOS2 ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
If you check this item, the INITOS2.EXE application will be installed also. You
will be asked for a user name and, if given, a password. Using this information
the corresponding desktop will be started.
ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 6. Configuration Changes ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
This window shows the changes CDINST will make to your CONFIG.SYS.
The lines from the beginning up to the line "--- CDROM Configurations ---" are
the existing lines in your CONFIG.SYS which have to be modified by CDINST.
The lines below are new lines added by CDINST. The leading line "--- CDROM
Configurations ---" will be placed also to CONFIG.SYS if at least one new line
is added.
ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 7. Path Selection ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
This window is used to select the following paths:
o DLL-Path
o HLP-Path
o EXE-Path
THe selection of DLL-Path and HLP-Path is from those directories given in in
CONFIG.SYS in the LIBPATH or HELPPATH statement. The target directory for EXE
and Document files could be entered as wanted and will be created if it doesn't
exist.
ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 7.1. DLL-Path ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
Select the directory where to install the DLL file.
Because of WPS internals only directories already listed in the LIBPATH
statement could be chosen. The "." directory could not be used.
ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 7.2. HLP-Path ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
Select the directory where to install the HLP file.
Because of WPS internals only directories already listed in the HELPPATH
statement could be chosen.
ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 7.3. EXE-Path ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
Select the directory where to install the remaining files.
You may enter any directory. It will be created if it doesn't exist.
