  1. i ad planed to support boot from CD in VPART.
  2. up to now i hav not found an pc which supports the BOOT-CD specification.

  4. possibiliies:
  5.  
  6. 1) wait until i can test it on at leas on pc
  7.  
  8. 2) create an buildin generic IDE-ATAPI-driver into VPART
  9.      disadvantages:
  10.        * no support of SCSI-drives
  11.        * will cost memory
  12.        * development time
  13.  
  14. 3) use/patch existing support for BOOT-Seqence "CDROM,..."
  15.      disadvantages:
  16.        * depends to high on BIOS-manufacturer/version
  17.        * development time
  18.

  21. BOOTCD.COM does report support for BOOT-CD-specification please
