  5.         would be IBM/PSP Bulletin Board Programs Manager for IBM Corp.
  6.         It's funny how things happen to a person.  Here I was up in 
  7.         Columbus, OH minding my own business doing a job at IBM 
  8.         that I truly loved and playing around on the computer.  I opted
  9.         to be a sysop in the OS2USER forum and take care of the TEAMOS/2
  10.         section.  That was in October 1992.  In January, some higher up's in
  11.         PSP noticed my work and offered me a job doing exactly what I had
  12.         been doing on my own time, but they were going to pay me to do it.  
  13.         WOW!  Of course, it's a lot more work than just the BBS'ing that I
  14.         do, but it's fun!
  15.                                                                
  16.         Interests and Hobbies:  Reading (my library now has over 1000
  17.         books), genealogy, computers, camping, motorcycles, cats,
  18.         trying out demo disks of software (which I haven't had much time
  19.         for lately), feeding the squirrels, ducks and wild parrots that have
  20.         found my feeders out back, photography, cross-stitch and gardening.

  22.         Favorite Computer Games: Duke Nukem and Cosmos.

  24.         Favorite Computer Software or Operating Systems: OS/2 V2,
  25.         Managing Your Money, Golden CommPass,  and Roots IV.
  26.  
  27.         Other: Have almost 2 years of college in accounting, love to
  28.         drink Cherry Coke and pickup the latest movies at Blockbuster
  29.         video (love Schwarzenegger), like to play euchere and sit 
  30.         outside (under cover of course) during storms.  Now that I have a
  31.         screened in, covered patio, I can really enjoy them!

  33.         I was born in Tampa, FL in 1957 and lived there until age 22.
  34.         I moved around a bit with my x-hubby's job and ended up in
  35.         Columbus, OH (a great place to live) for 13 years.  That is
  36.         where my IBM career started.  I also met a wonderful man there
  37.         and remarried.  Since his family is there, we'll be going back to
  38.         visit every now and then.  (I sure do miss my friends up there.)

  40.         I have 2 indoor cats - Pepper (4) and Nicole (10), a pretty good
  41.         computer setup and just added a 1.2 gig SCSI drive.  My mother 
  42.         is giving her old computer to Dave and I and we will be setting
  43.         up an Ethernet LAN in the house to connect the two computers.

  45.         I SysOp for the OS2USER forum, sections 8,9 and 10.  I own the
  46.         TEAMOS2 CFORUM at IBM and have userid's on all commercial
  47.         BBS systems except FidoNet.  
  48.                                                               
  49.         Things I'd *like* to do:
  50.         1.  Become a mother.
  51.         2.  Become a Certified Genealogist.
  52.         3.  Win the lottery.
  53.         4.  Move back to Tampa.  (Well I made it pretty close to that!)
  54.         5.  Write a novel.
  55.         6.  Buy a vette - always has been my favorite car.
  56.  
  57.         Currently life is nothing but work, work, work.  Once I learn a little bit
  58.         more and feel more at home, things will calm done (NOT!).
