  8.     This is freeware. You can modify or use this code as you wish,
  9. provided that my portion of the code reamins freeware (ie available 
  10. to anyone, in source form) and that you keep my notice at the beginning 
  11. of each file.

  14.     This archive contains an Audio Tape Label Editor which uses
  15. the PM++ class library by G.Iachello, version 0.16 or above.
  16. See the documentation of that package for it's installation.
  17.     To build the program you'll need:
  18.     
  19.     emx 0.9a patchlevel 3 or above
  20.     dmake
  21.     
  22.     To build the program, edit the makefile and set the CFLAGS and OS2CLASS
  23. variables to point to the directory where the PM++ include and library files
  24. are. (If you did'nt install the emx compiler in the /emx directory, you'll
  25. have to edit also the other directory definitions at the beginning of the 
  26. makefile). Then type:
