  9.    Changes from beta 018:-
  10.         Thelp now uses the runtime libraries Emx.dll & Emxlibc.dll.
  11.         Colours of the Options Window and the Help Screen are now configurable.
  12.         Thelp supports screen modes of 15 to 110 lines.
  13.         View005.exe replaces view001.exe, which hopefully will correct 
  14.          'Incorrect buffer length' errors in 4OS2. (not tested, as I couldn't 
  15.           reproduce the fault).
  16.         Text found after a search is now marked in sections viewed.
  17.         Bug causing traps if line length was extended fixed.

  22.         Ini files now written in directory of thelp.exe, not current directory.
  23.         Changes made handling of directories on startup.
