  1.         LICENSE AGREEMENT

  4. The use of PrepLogo is subject to the following terms and conditions.
  5.  
  6. The copy of PrepLogo that you have is distributed as shareware. You may
  7. freely copy and distribute the file PLOGO100.ZIP but only AS LONG AS
  8. THIS FILE IS NOT MODIFIED IN ANY WAY.  You may ONLY distribute the 
  9. executable as part of the PLOGO100.ZIP file.

  11. Since PrepLogo is distributed as shareware, you may use it for a 
  12. reasonable evaluation period, as long as you agree to the provisions of 
  13. this license agreement. If you continue to use PrepLogo beyond the 
  14. evaluation period, or use startup logos you generate with PrepLogo, you
  15. are obligated to register it. Instructions for registering PrepLogo can 
  16. be found in the ORDER.TXT file included in PLOGO100.ZIP
  17.  
  18. You must treat PrepLogo just like a book, except that you may copy it
  19. onto a computer to be used and you may make archival copies of it for
  20. the sole purpose of backing up the software and protecting your
  21. investment from loss.

  23. By saying "just like a book," I mean that PrepLogo may be used by any 
  24. number of people, and may be freely moved from one computer location 
  25. to another, so long as there is NO POSSIBILITY of it being used at one 
  26. location or on one computer while it is being used at another. Just 
  27. like a book cannot be read by two different people in two different 
  28. places at one time, neither can PrepLogo be used by two different people
  29. in two different places at the same time (unless, of course, Jonathan
  30. Czerwinski's copyright is being violated).

  32. Your registration of PrepLogo entitles you as a registered user for any 
  33. subsequent versions of PrepLogo.  When you register PrepLogo, you will 
  34. receive written confirmation of your registration.  If a future version
  35. requires a registration code, that code will be sent to you when such a
  36. version is released.

  39.         LIMITED WARRANTY

  42. Jonathan Czerwinski does not warrant that PrepLogo will meet your 
  43. requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error free. 
  44. In no event will Jonathan Czerwinski's liability for any damages to you 
  45. or any other person ever exceed the registration fee that was paid to 
  46. Jonathan Czerwinski.

  48. Jonathan Czerwinski SHALL NOT IN ANY CASE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL,
  49. INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING
  50. FROM ANY BREACH OF THESE WARRANTIES EVEN IF HE OR HIS AGENTS HAVE BEEN
  51. ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some states do not allow
  52. the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so
  53. the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
